Launch Leadership Coaching involves a series of confidential sessions where Jeannie Parent works with the executive to assess their current skills, strengths, and areas for improvement. Jeannie has developed customized Executive and Leadership coaching for both organizations and individuals to help leaders maximize their potential, overcome obstacles, and contribute effectively to the success of their organization.

Sales Coaching
Using her combined experience as a Sales Leader and Certified Coach, Jeannie provides targeted coaching that focuses specifically on improving sales skills and performance. The goal of sales coaching is to enhance the effectiveness of Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders, helping them achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department and the organization.
Sales coaching involves a collaborative and personalized approach that provides guidance, feedback, and support to help the individual develop and refine their sales techniques, communication skills, and overall sales strategy.

About Launch Leadership
Jeannie started Launch Leadership after spending more than 30 years as a Sr. Executive for some of the major media companies in North America. Her passion for leadership is rooted in a compelling narrative as a female whose ascent through the ranks started as a Manager in Sales.
“I noticed a significant absence of training, programs, or mentoring opportunities for women, and I was determined to rectify this gap.” Jeannie wanted to share her experience with others by inspiring growth and development and started with a course that led to a certificate in Leadership and Executive Coaching from The University of Buffalo. From there, Launch Leadership took off!
This initiative was born out of the desire to create a supportive environment for leaders to ascend to their own version of the next level. Launch Leadership endeavors to empower individuals through coaching, assessments, and high-quality programming, fostering the confidence necessary to achieve new heights.
